Did you ever encounter any pain while practicing? Did it make you worry, if it will influence your playing on stage in the present or in the future? The uncertainty itself can be daunting enough to make you fear playing. But fear not, there are ways to get rid of the pain and enjoy practicing without the uncertainty. On of the solutions is dispokinesis, a sort of therapy developed for musicians and other performing artists. Martina Haditsch-König will show us, what we are doing wrong with our bodies. 

After the workshop you can listen in on a masterclass with the guitar virtuoso Florian Palier or apply to play for him yourself. In the afternoon we will have the pleasure to hear this guitarist, who is known for his breathtaking renditions of compositions from the late romantic era, on the Guitar Styria stage.
